Group Five Awarded for Mini Maid Mall Advertising
Residential cleaning service, Mini Maid, wanted a creative way to inspire holiday gift certificate sales, so Group Five took to the mall. We decaled food court table tops to make them look stained with ketchup smears, greasy hand prints and leftover food. The design was capped off by the tagline, “Looks like somebody could use a Mini Maid gift card.”
The innovative placement and messaging earned Group Five an ADDY Award for creative excellence in out-of-home advertising from the American Advertising Federation – 4th District. The project beat out entries from advertising agencies in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami and throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
While it’s true that great work is its own reward, a little recognition never hurt anyone either.
