Group Five Launches Anti-Tobacco Campaign
For over a decade, Group Five has worked with the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) on public education campaigns. This month, we launched a statewide initiative to help Floridians put down their cigarettes.
Group Five was selected from among eight Florida advertising agencies to assist the Tobacco Free Florida project place a statewide radio and television campaign. The commercials, produced by the Center for Disease Control, tell the story of Marie Stoddard, who died from smoking-related lung cancer at age 46.
Group Five has previous experience working with FDOH on tobacco education. In recent years, we produced campaigns on the risks of smoking while pregnant and preventing teens from taking up the habit.
